Nigella And Charles Saatchi Get Decree Nisi

Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi have been granted a decree nisi at the High Court as they finalise their divorce.
The pair separated after a Sunday newspaper printed photographs of 70-year-old Saatchi with his hands around his wife's throat during an argument which was later described as "a playful tiff".
Saatchi, who is said to be worth over £100m, agreed to accept a police caution for assault after the picture came to light.
It is understood no money will change hands between the couple as they finalise the end of their marriage of 10 years.
The couple confirmed that Fiona Shackleton - who represented Sir Paul McCartney in his divorce from Heather Mills - was working on behalf of millionaire TV chef Lawson, 53, to bring the matter to a "swift and amicable" conclusion.
A statement issued on behalf of the pair said: "A divorce will proceed on the undefended basis, the decree nisi is to be pronounced on 31 July, and neither party will be making any financial claims against the other."
A decree nisi is a document issued by courts to say there is no reason why a couple cannot divorce.
After six weeks the parties can apply for a decree absolute to officially end the marriage.

Pietersen boost for England

England batsman Kevin Pietersen has trained today, further prompting speculation he may be passed fit for the third Ashes Test which begins at Old Trafford on Thursday.
Pietersen injured his calf in the 347-run victory at Lord's in the second Test and has been battling to recover ahead of the game in Manchester.
He will be given as much time as possible to prove his fitness, with a final decision not expected to be made until the morning of the game.
In his captain's press conference at lunchtime today, Alastair Cook reiterated that England are hopeful their star batsman will be fit to play, but everything will depend on how he emerges from pre-match fitness workouts.
"(He is) pretty good. He's come through training the past two days and done everything that's been asked of him," Cook said.
"Clearly we have to make a decision tomorrow morning just in case he pulls up different to that, but we'll see and we're pretty hopeful.
"We don't know quite how he'll pull up from today's training, but he's worked incredibly hard with the medical team over the last week to get himself right so fingers crossed he has."
Nottinghamshire's James Taylor has been lined up as a possible replacement for Pietersen and he scored a century after turning out for Sussex in their tour game with Australia at Hove last week.
But he may have to wait a little longer for his chance to return to the national side if Pietersen gets the all-clear.
Taylor was dropped by England after averaging just 16 from three innings against South Africa last summer but has been touted as an England regular for the future.
England take a 2-0 lead into the Old Trafford Test, and as Ashes holders, only need to draw the match to retain the Urn.

Tuna: Cozman has a very big heart

Lehmann drops Warner hint

Australia coach Darren Lehmann has hinted that David Warner could return to the team for this week's third Ashes Test with England at Old Trafford.
Warner scored 193 for Australia 'A' in South Africa last week, after being sent there from England to gain some time in the middle.
Warner was suspended from the team in the run-up to the first Test at Trent Bridge for punching England batsman Joe Root in a Birmingham nightspot.
He was left out of the team in Nottingham, and again at Lord's with Lehmann instead sending him to Africa in order to get match practice.
After a couple of early failures, he hit a brilliant 193 against South Africa 'A' and he has now flown back to England to rejoin the Ashes squad.
Lehmann insists the batsman is "not a certainty" to play at Old Trafford, but admitted: "He got 193 and played well, did exactly what we wanted him to do.
"We want blokes to make hundreds, and he's ticked that box. We'll have to look at the wicket and what we come up with in the top six."
Lehmann defended the decision to leave struggling openers Chris Rogers and Shane Watson in London over the weekend rather than give them a run-out in the tour match with Sussex at Hove.
"They're doing some technical work and that's fine," he said. "We have done enough talking, full stop. We have to score some runs. We can formulate an attack to get 20 wickets but we need to make runs."

Angelina Speaks Out Against Rape In Japan

Angelina Jolie has made her directorial debut in Tokyo and urged the Japanese audience to join her fight to stop sexual violence in war zones.
The actress said she hoped In the Land of Blood and Honey, her first film as writer and director, would inspire viewers to think further about rape in war.
Jolie was speaking to an audience at a special screening at the United Nations University in Tokyo.
In The Land Of Blood And Honey tells the fictional tale of a romance between a Bosnian Serb man and a Bosnian Muslim woman who were on opposite sides during the 1992 conflict.
The film sparked controversy in Bosnia before its release with a group of female war victims objecting to the movie because it was about a woman falling in love with her enemy, and a government minister cancelling a permit for the film shoot.
Addressing 200 students and journalists, Jolie said: "It is art, it's not a documentary. Its purpose is not to vilify but to try to understand.
"It is a study of the human condition, and as art, it will mean different things to different people.
"Everyone is free to draw their own conclusions. But whatever you take from this film, I hope that you'll be inspired to think further about these issues."
Last month Jolie, a special envoy for the UN Refugee Agency, made her debut at the UN Security Council where she urged the organisation to make dealing with war zone rape a top priority.

Tips for living in Switzerland Kosovo

Convenience and comfort that gave Kosovo, did not meet Lucerne in Switzerland. Elizabeth Kuchler pensioners living in Gjilan Livoç in a modern home. It means that Kosovo has fulfilled the dream
For many can be seen as a paradox, but it is true that Elisabeth Swiss Kuchler, is among the rare or the only country that has left Helvetica, to live in Kosovo, a country that still does not function normally.
The first time came in the newest country in Europe, was July 2008. Had not heard of this place, nor on the map did not know where the Kosovo. But just a week stay in the country, which declared independence in that year, of her life were enough to take another direction completely.
It was 63 years when the accident suffered Switzerland, from which even today after nine years not fully recovered. "IP warehouse" was in her house in the village of Gnjilane Livoç to look closely zviceranen living among Albanians, in a big house and beautiful yard.
Convenience and comfort that gave Kosovo has not met Lucerne in Switzerland. She had dreamed for the full six decades after a house, a garden and a carefree life, but had not achieved there, while Livoç aji had "touched" the dream, narrates the world today.
"In Lucerne had a very small apartment, I had no space to organize everything as I wanted. A house like this today I Livoç in Switzerland would cost a million, and I did not have enough money to fulfill my dream, "said Elisabeth reports" Reporter ".
Between Lucerne and Livoq, choose the latter
Lower Livoq is a village to raise a few minutes drive to the center of Gjilan. Among the homes of ordinary natives, it is Elizabeth who attracts the most attention.
"Given the low standard of living, and that I consider retirement, I see that I can not live with so little money in Switzerland. With a retired around 1500 euros was impossible to get out. I knew that before so I could live well here. And returned to Kosovo ", explains Elisabeth.
Swiss vicissitudes then explains the construction of the house plan that had become a Swiss architect to the building, which was also a company with baggage Swiss Kosovo.
"On February 23 I left Switzerland permanently, I sold my apartment there, I took everything with them and came to Livoç. For nearly three months I stayed in the house of my neighbors here. While during this period was dealing with interior design and other things around the house, "she says.
22 May finally got her dream come true. At the finalization of achieving a goal which came just two days before he be filled seven decades. And that desire like order, already come true to start a different life, to be celebrated.
"I had two reasons to celebrate, birthday and fulfill the dream that all life had to have a home, while I was starting a new life in a new place," he Elisabeth.
Is failing to learn the Albanian language
Swiss still has a handicap. She and despite investments in dictionaries, etc., is failing to learn the Albanian language. Or language that is difficult to establish sintaksisht Kosovars or she is older to articulate the Eagles phonemes.
"After the accident, the neurologist told me that my brain can not accept new information. For all these years I paid about 2,000 francs, I have books, CDs and everything else in Albanian, but I managed. It is frightening when others tell me I must learn your language, but they do not know about my accident, "says Elisabeth.
The history of Albanian language teaching started before she came to live here. Even back then had told him that within three months will learn the language. The course began in Switzerland Albanian, to continue later in Kosovo, but it seems that this is mission impossible for.
Since the age of 38 years, Elizabeth lives alone. "But I'm not alone here, I have good neighbors and four cats that cater to them," she says.
Elizabeth is also a good cook, although it prefers to cook traditional Albanian food. Care to eat healthy, detail is seen in the interior of her kitchen. The selection of cabinets with fruits and vegetables, are not totally random message.
"I like to cook, but not traditional cook your meals, because they do not eat. Eat salads, vegetables, fish, cheese, eggs and very little meat. Has periods not even eat my food, "explains Kuchler.
Otherwise, but love having the kitchen and cooking, having exercised the profession in Switzerland as an economist in a construction company, Elizabeth in her youth played saxophone and was the winner of multiple car races.
Inside the house where lives today, from the first floor to the second floor, are 18 degree, which she describes as "levels of gymnastics". He spends 20 times a day these degrees, and they help keep the body in shape.
Some things torment me more
She is very happy with life and offered Kosovo. "I feel good when every week I meet new people and each of them can speak English, German or French." But there are some things that do not seem quite normal.
"In your tradition, people remove their shoes at the entrance of the house. I have slippers at the entrance door to respect your tradition, but as I go with shoes and you can also log. I see that you wash carpets several times a year, while the need to maintain the carpet, but only wash them after five years, "says Elisabeth.
Her house has a large living room, in a corner of his mini-library. To continue with giant kitchen corridor separating work with all tools, plus a 'Storage' to store food. The most special is the work rooms.
"Desk, chair and others are all that I have received from Switzerland, where I worked. In fact, my office looked so well there, "she explains.
Another room is where Elisabeth made her therapy, which is absent when in Switzerland. A sewing machine in the next room working on another talent show that she has to care for clothing.
The missing relatives
The end of the corridor on the second floor, seems to be the most liked to. A double seat coupled with a small table, turning it into memories. Both had in her apartment in Lucerne, and if the same had got here.
A good part of the time she spends reading this angle, which calls itself "the Swiss Corner".
Unlike Kosovo has fulfilled her dream of better living conditions, but it has left a void. They lack family and friends, which last visited Kosovo.
And for seven years it was in Kosovo, it has only visited a school friend, while her four brothers had not ever come here.
"In May this year, has been visiting a school friend of mine. She liked your place and make you life. He has promised to be back again, and I believe that will do, "says Kucher.
However, when the model Albanians get Switzerland to be the best, "as in Switzerland," Elizabeth Kuchler had left Switzerland to live in Kosovo. What hearkened not hearkened Switzerland Kosovo. "Goodbye to Livoç ...!"

Trio handed England call-ups

James Taylor, Monty Panesar and Chris Tremlett have all been named in a 14-man England squad for this week's third Ashes Test against Australia at Old Trafford.
Taylor will act as cover for Kevin Pietersen, who picked up a calf injury during England's crushing second Test victory at Lord's and is in a race against time to be fit for Old Trafford.
Left-arm spinner Panesar and tall paceman Tremlett come in for seamers Steven Finn and Graham Onions, who failed to make the starting XI at Lord's and have now been left out of the squad altogether.
Pietersen's injury will continue to be assessed in the run-up to the Test, which gets underway on Thursday and, if he is ruled out, Taylor will earn a third Test cap.
The 23-year-old Nottinghamshire batsman, long regarded as a fine prospect for Test cricket, is playing for Sussex in a Tour match against the Australians this week at the behest of the England management.
And the compact right-hander made a classy century against the tourists to consolidate his status as next-man-in-line if any of England's middle order are forced to miss out.
Old Trafford wickets often turn from an early stage, hence the decision to include the experienced Panesar, who has played 48 Tests and will join Graeme Swann in the side if England opt to play two specialist spinners.
Perhaps the biggest surprise is the return of Tremlett, who has had trouble with injuries and played the most recent of his 11 Tests against Pakistan in January of 2012.
However, the 31-year-old was very impressive in the last Ashes series in Australia, taking 17 wickets in just three Tests, and he has been performing well for Surrey this summer.
England are 2-0 up in the series with three matches to play and National selector Geoff Miller said: "The players worked hard at Trent Bridge and Lord's to get into a very good position in this Investec Ashes Series, but will be fully aware that there is still a great deal of cricket left in the series.
"Kevin Pietersen is continuing his recovery from a calf strain and he will be assessed by the medical team closer to the start of the Test. We have therefore included an extra batsman in James Taylor, who has been in good form for Nottinghamshire this season.
"Chris Tremlett has worked hard to regain fitness and form following a couple of injuries and his performances for Surrey this season have been very encouraging.
"Including an additional spinner in Monty Panesar, who has plenty of international experience, provides Alastair Cook and (coach) Andy Flower with a number of options."
England squad: Cook (captain), Anderson, Bairstow, Bell, Bresnan, Broad, Panesar, Pietersen, Prior, Root, Swann, Taylor, Tremlett, Trott

Albanian superstar, Tuna, responded sharply

Albanian superstar, Tuna, responded sharply to criticism towards her from other singers.

Bays was recently advocated what 'dissin' "Do not ruin the image", which was addressed solely Tune for its controversial gestures touching the bird and through his tremendous success.

In the verses of this song Bays tried to exposed Tune and the latter by the well know what is going on. Bird said in an interview Prive that this was an attempt to become famous on her side.

"Often they have defined as presumptuous, as someone who does not speak, but I'm not well. I know what it is when you ask for that and let me express it. "

"I do not cure patients. Until now I had my way too much trouble, but I was real. I was always that I am today, the direct and correct my style. There have been many who have tried to achieve fame in my heels, but no ... instead they got wind, "said Tuna for Prive show on Klan Kosova.

Tuna said among other things that there are nearly new projects, which will be published in September and which will be worthy to succeed superhitin "Fenix" in cooperation with Cozman.

Is Switch To Digital Diluting Creative Music?

DJs have told Sky News how technology has forced artists to move over to digital as they are criticised for taking an easy ride.
In most nightclubs, it's likely the DJ will be performing using a laptop.
Virtually all of dance music's biggest names now rely on computers to perform their sets.
But with the software itself matching beats and mixing tracks, critics argue it's allowed some DJs to rest on their laurels with the technology doing all the hard work.
Big Beat pioneer Fatboy Slim, real name Norman Cook, says in the last three years he has been "dragged kicking and screaming out of the vinyl era".
The music producer told Sky News: "Literally, my management had to say 'they don't make records any more, you have to do this!'"
Speaking at this year's Exit Festival in Serbia, he admitted: "It was quite gut wrenching for me.
"It was like saying goodbye to a girlfriend or an ex-wife, but then the new shiny model seduces you by allowing you to take your whole music library on the road with you!"
For performers like Fatboy Slim, the changes in technology have meant learning new techniques to excite the fans.
According to DJ Mag's Mick Wilson, it's what DJs do with the technology which makes the real creative talent stand out.
He said: "In one respect it has dropped standards because (the technology) is so accessible. But you still have to put time and effort into your craft.
"You've got to learn the tools of the trade, then once you've mastered them, like how to mix properly with effects, that's the difference between a good DJ and a bad DJ."
Mr Wilson – who has been a DJ for more than two decades – says the technology can be used to really enhance a performance by adding live loops and even syncing up light shows to individual songs.
He added: "In the old days you were very limited, but when laptops came along it was designed to make life a lot easier, the way you use it depends on whether you're using it creatively or just standing there."
Music producers Daft Punk recently spoke out about how new technology has had a negative effect on dance music, with albums hastily put together in "airports and hotel rooms".
But many of today's big dance acts say they've little choice but to move with the times.
Will Kennard from Chase & Status told Sky News: "Everyone wants to bring vinyl back but the reality is it's a nightmare from a working point of view, the way we play music you just can't really do it these days."
A sign that young music fans are keen to keep one foot in the past can be seen in the number of vinyl sales.
Research by ICM found that under 25's are buying more records than any other age group.
Evidence of its resurgence in popularity can be seen at Stoke Newington's new Vinyl Library.
The not-for-profit lending service has been open less than a month but co-founders Sophie Austin and Elly Rendall say they have been inundated with donations from enthusiasts and record labels.
"We've had a few DJs come and play tunes, young people, even people in their 80s" says Sophie.
Elly puts the huge interest they've had down to one important factor.
"That analogue sound can't be reproduced," she explains. "If you don't hold on to the vinyl your children will never experience that different sound."

Norwich agree fee for Hooper

Norwich have agreed a fee with Celtic for Gary Hooper and the striker will have a medical on Thursday after agreeing terms on a four-year contract, Sky sources understand.
Hooper looked set for a move to Championship side QPR, with the Hoops understood to have agreed a fee in the region of £5.5m for the 25-year-old on Wednesday.
But Norwich have been in the hunt for Hooper for some time, with manager Chris Hughton seeing several bids rejected in the January transfer window, while Hull City also missed out with their approach in June.
Hughton may yet get his man with Hooper understood to have agreed personal terms on a four-year contract and the former Southend and Scunthorpe forward Hooper could be playing in the Premier League come the start of the new season.
Asked about the former Scunthorpe striker in the wake of a 1-0 defeat by Portland Timbers during the early hours of this morning, Hughton told the Eastern Daily Press: "We are still working very hard.
"It is very difficult for me with the eight-hour time difference, but even with the conversations I am having with the chief scout it is trying to find the right times. Nothing imminent, but we are still working."
The news will come as a blow to QPR boss Harry Redknapp, who admitted earlier he expected their swoop to go through without a hitch.
Redknapp had said: "It looks like it's on its way to being done. Negotiations have gone well.
